All free, all the time. Egreetings is a subsidiary of American Greetings, offering free ecards, address book and reminders. 

Feature Set:  

Search by occasion. Customization is easy using the same process as American Greetings. Your message is unlimited—write as much as you’d like—the card expands to fit.

Registering is worth the time in exchange for the free reminders. Check off your holidays, add in your own important dates, and Egreetings will send you a reminder two weeks in advance of each date on your list.

Ecard design is the only negative: animation is simple and designs are basic. However, you can always click over to Premium Cards on American Greetings.
